STEMLEAP

At the core of ATMO’s impact model is STEMLEAP, which is short for our Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics program for Learning, Engagement, Advancement, and Persistence.

STEMLEAP is a dual enrollment, college aligned curriculum designed to support high school students (primarily juniors and seniors) in earning early college credits in math, science, computer science, and engineering.

STEMLEAP prepares students academically while also integrating life-skills development, academic coaching, and career mentorship through intelligent agents and real time performance data.

This initiative addresses persistent challenges in STEM education: disparities in academic preparation, low retention rates for first-generation college students, and a lack of early exposure to authentic, rigorous, and career-relevant STEM learning. Through the use of the ATMO Centers virtual platform, w are able to personalize content delivery, monitor progress and adapt instructional support to match student learning styles while ensuring a data-driven, student-centered approach at scale.
