Dr. Carl White is the principal investigator for the ATMO research team. He is the Special Advisor For Strategic Enrollment Partnerships and a tenured faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Morgan State University. He has over 25 years of experience in research and development, and has brought in over 25 million dollars in research funding to the university.
