The Academic Training and Management Operations Center (ATMO Center) was founded by Carl White, PhD, a tenured professor at Morgan State University and Special Advisor in the Office of Strategic Enrollment Partnerships. Dr. White leads ATMO with a vision of academic excellence and student success.
