The Academic Training and Management Operations Center (ATMO Center) was founded by Dr. Carl White, a tenured professor at Morgan State University and Special Advisor in the Office of Strategic Enrollment Partnerships. Dr. White leads ATMO with a vision of academic excellence and student success. In partnership with Morgan State University, ATMO provides opportunities for students to excel in STEM based careers.
